Nishan Driver mobile application
Vintage Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Nishan Driver mobile application (the "App"), a companion app used by drivers to manage assigned bus/shuttle routes, stations, and passenger bookings. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from drivers who use the App, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect the following categories of information when you register for and use the Nishan Driver app:

The App does not access your camera, photo library, contacts, microphone, or SMS messages, and does not collect payment card information.
We request the following location permissions:
Location data collected during a trip is shared with our backend service so that dispatchers and, where applicable, passengers can see the live position of the vehicle you are operating. You can disable location permissions at any time through your device settings, but doing so will prevent core features of the App (route tracking, nearest-station suggestions, automatic boarding logic) from working.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we process your information on the basis that it is (a) necessary to perform our contractual relationship with you as a driver, (b) necessary to comply with legal obligations that apply to transport/passenger services, or (c) based on your consent (for example, when granting location or notification permissions), which you may withdraw at any time through your device settings.
We retain account and trip data for as long as your driver account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute- resolution requirements. Historical trip and location logs are retained only as long as necessary for operational records and service auditing, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted network transmission, secure on-device credential storage, and device integrity checks. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App uses push notifications to alert you about trip assignments and schedule changes. You can disable push notifications at any time from your device's system settings; doing so will not affect other features of the App.

The Nishan Driver app is intended for use by licensed/authorized drivers only and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
The App may rely on third-party infrastructure providers (for example, cloud hosting and push-notification delivery) to operate core features. These providers process data solely on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it. The App does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track you across other apps or websites.
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in a country other than the one in which you reside. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective date." Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
